ABOUT ME

mikael ruffin

Hey there! My name is Mikael Ruffin, and I am a Personal Trainer based out of Austin, TX. I graduated from Willamette University in 2018 with a BA in Exercise and Health Science, and my love for the field has only gotten deeper since then. I trained at 24 Hour Fitness for 1.5 years where I serviced over 2,250 sessions, earning the title of Master Trainer. If you ask anyone who has ever trained with me, they will tell you that my absolute favorite thing about this job is teaching my clients about their body, and helping them rediscover themselves through fitness. Anybody can show up and do a couple sets of this and a couple sets of that, but I believe that where there is knowledge, there is purpose. I take a calculated, educational, and fun approach with my clients. Together we will identify your biggest obstacle getting in the way of your goals, brainstorm solutions for that obstacle, and proceed to attack that obstacle until we reach our goal. Just like the name says... my ultimate goal is to help you CONFRONT your obstacles, and CONQUER your goals.​
